Bus Shelter Franchise Agreement RFP

Description: The District of Columbia Office of Contracting and Procurement, on behalf of the District Department of Transportation (DDOT), is soliciting proposals for a Bus Shelter Franchise Agreement (Solicitation DCKA-2026-A-0066). Under this agreement, the selected franchisee will sell and manage commercial advertising on bus shelters, and design, install, operate, and maintain up to 1,500 shelters throughout the District of Columbia. Proposals were accepted from qualified offerors beginning July 21, 2026, with responses due by August 24, 2026.
