Terrytown Head Start Center Roof Coating & HVAC Replacement RFP
Project consists of: base bid: the base bid encompasses the complete mechanical and electrical replacement scope as detailed in the contract documents. This includes, but is not limited to, the demolition of existing ground-mounted condensing units and above ceiling air handling units (ahus), and the installation of new vrf heat pump systems, associated piping, electrical circuitry, ground pads, and controls. The base bid also includes all architectural support work, specifically the careful removal, protection, and reinstallation of the existing acoustical ceiling grid and tiles required to facilitate the mechanical overhead work.

Planned improvements include new home and visitor bleachers and press boxes, new turf and track surfaces, lighting, expanded restrooms and concessions, improved gathering areas, and renovated athletic-operations spaces.
