2027 Stadium and Building Renovations RFP

Description: The District’s summer 2027 capital work includes major renovations to the Glenbrook North and Glenbrook South stadiums. Planned improvements include new home and visitor bleachers and press boxes, new turf and track surfaces, lighting, expanded restrooms and concessions, improved gathering areas, and renovated athletic-operations spaces. The District says the remaining stadium improvements will be bid with other summer 2027 capital projects.
