Building M-04 Renovation & Addition

Description: The Iowa Department of Administrative Services seeks bids for renovation of an approximately 3,530-square-foot masonry and wood-framed structure and construction of a 737-square-foot addition. The work includes selective demolition, interior finishes, windows and doors, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, masonry repair, and a new concrete sidewalk. The project also includes new connections to existing water utilities, geothermal wellfields, and geothermal mechanical systems.
