Description: Renovation of an existing 3,530 SF, masonry and wood framed structure and a new 737 SF addition to include a new entry vestibule, janitor closet and latrines, including, but not limited to selective demolition, painted gypsum wall board, ceramic tile, painted gypsum ceilings, acoustic ceiling tile, sealed concrete floors, carpet, windows and doors, connection to new electrical service, new concrete sidewalk, masonry repair, electrical, mechanical and plumbing, new masonry walls, concrete foundations, asphalt shingle roof, and new connections to existing water utilities, geothermal wellfields, and geothermal mechanical systems.
