Building Automation System RFP

Description: Multnomah County's Department of County Assets, Facilities and Property Management seeks proposals for building automation systems repairs and maintenance on an as-needed basis. The solicitation excludes Siemens-system repairs or maintenance unless paired with replacement or modifications, and excludes capital projects such as installing new building automation systems. The work supports safe, cost-efficient operations across the County's facilities portfolio of more than three million square feet at about 130 locations.
