Brownsburg Street Department and Police Training Facilities RFP

Description: Project consists of the construction of a new municipal operations campus. Major elements of the work include: construction of a new approx, 24,700 SF police training facility;construction of a new approx, 15,000 SF salt barn;construction of a new approx, 26,100 SF street department equipment storage building;construction of the bowman drive extension and associated site access improvements;site grading, utilities, drainage infrastructure, paving, landscaping, and related site improvements; and all labor, materials, equipment, and incidental work necessary for a complete and operational project.
