Broadway Avenue/SR 171 Improvements

Description: The City of Moses Lake solicits interest from consulting firms for civil, structural, and landscape redesign of Broadway Avenue/SR 171 through Moses Lake. Project Description The work to be performed by the CONSULTANT consists of preparing preliminary and final engineering design and bid specifications for safety, multi-modal, and environmental improvements to approximately 3.8 miles of Broadway Avenue/State Route 171 through Moses Lake from Interstate 90 to State Route 17. The proposed improvements include: 1. Road re-channelization for safety 2. Road reconstruction 3. Stormwater improvements 4. Landscaping and beautification improvements 5. Replacement, relocation, undergrounding, and/or installation of utilities and lighting 6. Installation of traffic control devices (e.g., signals, roundabouts, crosswalk devices) 7. Installation of multimodal facilities (e.g., pedestrian, bicycle, transit)
