AvailableWork includes the pavement rehabilitation for taxiway a and some of its connectors between taxiway a1 and taxiway a5. The project also includes the relocation of some taxiway connectors in order to prevent the aircraft's direct access from the ramp to the runway, a safety requirement to prevent runway incursion by the federal aviation administration. Additionally, the project includes the construction of an aircraft holding bay. The construction work includes asphalt pavement mill and overlay, removal of existing asphalt pavement, construction of new asphalt pavement, clearing and grubbing, excavation, hauling, grading, drainage, sodding, marking, lighting, and signage.
