31BT2631 - BNIA – TERMINAL RECONSTRUCTION – INTERIOR

Description: The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority seeks proposals from qualified consulting teams to develop the conceptual reconfiguration and preliminary design for reconstruction of the BNIA passenger terminal interior. The work covers both terminal levels, including ticketing and arrivals, security, the concourse, holdrooms and gate areas, baggage claim, concessions, and airline, tenant, and support spaces. Services include existing-conditions assessment, stakeholder engagement and programming, alternatives development, interior and building-systems design, cost and funding analysis, phasing, a Design Rationale Report, and a 30% design submission.
