The project includes the installation of two 40 lF steel conex offices, complete with a. C. , electrical outlets and lighting, security windows, a steel door with cypher lock, insulation, and vinyl flooring. The offices will be placed on a reinforced concrete slab, connected to the nearest electrical circuit, and equipped with a fire extinguisher.

The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, and services to perform complete restoration and repair of the 30 conex containers. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Structural Component Restoration: Assess and replace all deteriorated wood framing, flooring, and structural elements. All replaced flooring shall utilize 3/4” Marine-grade plywood and be treated/sealed with a non-slip sealer to prevent rot without creating a slip hazard. The intent is to provide s lip resistant sealer to increase life of products and to handle high foot traffic and water exposure. Ensure all replacement materials meet or exceed original load-bearing specifications and comply with military construction standard UFC 1-200-01. All structural modifications must be certified by a licensed structural engineer. See attached file.
