The Womelsdorf-Robesonia Joint Authority seeks sealed bids to paint the interior and exterior of the existing 68-foot-diameter, 56-foot-high Furnace Tank, including foundation joint and crack repairs and incidental weld repairs. Work must be coordinated with the contractor awarded Contract 26-1 Furnace Creek Tank Metals, and a third-party paint inspector will oversee the painting system. The project is subject to PennVEST Drinking Water State Revolving Fund loan requirements and applicable Build America, Buy America Act and American Iron and Steel requirements.
