Conex Refurbishment, Officer Training School (OTS) RFP

Description: The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, and services to perform complete restoration and repair of the 30 conex containers. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Structural Component Restoration: Assess and replace all deteriorated wood framing, flooring, and structural elements. All replaced flooring shall utilize 3/4” Marine-grade plywood and be treated/sealed with a non-slip sealer to prevent rot without creating a slip hazard. The intent is to provide s lip resistant sealer to increase life of products and to handle high foot traffic and water exposure. Ensure all replacement materials meet or exceed original load-bearing specifications and comply with military construction standard UFC 1-200-01. All structural modifications must be certified by a licensed structural engineer. See attached file.
