Clarifier Equipment Repair And Refurbishment Services RFP
Requires a complete rebuild of one clarifier & one spare drive unit to match existing at the wastewater treatment plant.
Description: Install of additional bracing and stiffeners. (refer to drawings. ) remove and replace 2x12 deck beam. (install temporary support/shoring as required. ) install additional deck 2x12 joists. (refer to drawings. ) repair existing joist and brace splices. (refer to drawings. ) install l angles to stiffen each railing post. Install anti-split rings on cracked support poles. Remove temporary plywood decking. See attached file.

The Federal Aviation Administration is soliciting proposals for refurbishment of the ARSR building at the HTI facility in Hutchinson, Kansas. The procurement is a total small-business set-aside for a firm-fixed-price construction contract covering the labor, materials, equipment, transportation, permits, insurance, and supervision required for the work. Amendment 1 extended the proposal deadline to September 14, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Central Time, and the opportunity is an active procurement rather than a grant program.

The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, and services to perform complete restoration and repair of the 30 conex containers. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Structural Component Restoration: Assess and replace all deteriorated wood framing, flooring, and structural elements. All replaced flooring shall utilize 3/4” Marine-grade plywood and be treated/sealed with a non-slip sealer to prevent rot without creating a slip hazard. The intent is to provide s lip resistant sealer to increase life of products and to handle high foot traffic and water exposure. Ensure all replacement materials meet or exceed original load-bearing specifications and comply with military construction standard UFC 1-200-01. All structural modifications must be certified by a licensed structural engineer. See attached file.
