Blackburn Resource Recovery Facility Operator’s Building RFP

Description: Site preparation and construction of an approx. 2,020 SF metal frame building to be used by the BRRF's on-site operators. The site work will include demolition of existing pavement and select site features, light grading for the building pad, a concrete sidewalk surrounding the new building, and heavy duty asphalt pavement for the new parking and driveway areas. The building itself includes two vestibule entrances, a locker space, a large open training and gathering area with a kitchenette, two restrooms, a storage closet, and a mechanical closet.
