Bid #27-004 Potato Creek Sewer Rehabilitation

Description: The City of Griffin is soliciting bids for the Potato Creek Sewer Rehabilitation project to improve the structural condition and performance of its wastewater collection system. The work includes approximately 6,865 linear feet of cured-in-place pipe lining, service-lateral repairs, and rehabilitation of manholes and related sewer infrastructure. Bidders must hold a current Georgia Utility Contractor License, provide a five percent bid bond, and furnish performance and payment bonds equal to at least 110 percent of the contract amount.
