Phase V-B Water Service Replacement Project

Village of Suttons Bay Marina A Dock Phase 1 Project RFP
Project description: 1.) removal of existing concrete boat launch ramp and replacement of ramp with stone riprap and geotextile fabric. 2.) Removal of existing dock and four of seven finger piers west of existing boat ramp. 3.) Installation of new floating dock and finger piers including ada-accessible gangway with required anchorage. 4.) Utility pedestals with water/electric service and dock lighting for each new boat slip. 5.) Dock mounted safety features, including life-preserver rings, fire extinguisher posts, and egress ladders (wayfinding/general safety signage by owner). Earthwork and grading as needed and sesc measures. 6.) New 4ft tall, segmented block retaining wall along sidewalk. 7.) Concrete abutment with utility penetrations to a-dock to support gangway connection. 8.) New ADA- accessible sidewalk.

Clearwater Harbor Marina N-E Walkway & Gangway Replacement
The City of Clearwater is soliciting sealed bids for replacement of floating docks, finger piers, electrical and mechanical utilities, and cable connections at Clearwater Harbor Marina. The project also includes installing aluminum gangways, new piles, and pile guides to address hurricane Milton boat-impact damage and anchor the remaining marginal wharf. This is an Invitation to Bid for marine construction, released July 22, 2026, with bids due September 2, 2026 at 2:00 PM Eastern Time; it is not a grant program.
