MEP - Phase V Expansion

Description: In general, the work consists of: New road construction, stormwater utilities, precast concrete crypt field, granite section markers, mill and overlay of most of the existing asphalt roads and parking areas, pavement markings, relocating a flagpole, installing a new flagpole, upgrading exterior flagpole lighting and electrical, installing a new fiber package (conduit and cabling) between two existing buildings, irrigation expansion.
