Village of Suttons Bay Marina A Dock Phase 1 Project RFP

Description: Project description: 1.) removal of existing concrete boat launch ramp and replacement of ramp with stone riprap and geotextile fabric. 2.) Removal of existing dock and four of seven finger piers west of existing boat ramp. 3.) Installation of new floating dock and finger piers including ada-accessible gangway with required anchorage. 4.) Utility pedestals with water/electric service and dock lighting for each new boat slip. 5.) Dock mounted safety features, including life-preserver rings, fire extinguisher posts, and egress ladders (wayfinding/general safety signage by owner). Earthwork and grading as needed and sesc measures. 6.) New 4ft tall, segmented block retaining wall along sidewalk. 7.) Concrete abutment with utility penetrations to a-dock to support gangway connection. 8.) New ADA- accessible sidewalk.
