AWWTP Engineering Design Services- Fermenter, DAF, Centrifuge

Description: The City of Penticton issued Request for Proposals 2026-RFP-14 to engage qualified engineering firms to provide professional engineering design services for three separate plant upgrade projects at the City's Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant (AWWTP). The three project scopes are: (A) retrofit of Digester #2 into Fermenter #4, (B) installation of a secondary Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) system, and (C) replacement of two (2) centrifuges in the AWWTP's dewatering process. The successful consultant will provide condition assessment, preliminary design, and detailed design services under the City's Professional Services Agreement, with the City intending to award a single contract covering all three scopes.
