Description: The Hampton Roads Transportation Accountability Commission (HRTAC), a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia, is soliciting proposals from engineering consulting firms to provide professional engineering services. The scope includes design and operational reviews, analysis of cost data, development of independent estimates, traffic analysis, report development, accurate cost projections, and ensuring compliance with federal and state statutes covering construction projects. The work will support HRTAC High Priority Projects and initiatives in the Hampton Roads region of Virginia, with the goal of providing independent validation and oversight of project designs and costs.
