Audio Visual Support Management Services (Request For Proposal)

Description: Provide maintenance, troubleshooting, repair coordination, preventive maintenance, and technical support services for existing audio-visual (AV) systems in classrooms, conference rooms, video immersive rooms, and selected event spaces across College locations. The purpose of this contract is to maintain reliable instructional, meeting, and collaboration technology; reduce downtime; support consistent room performance; and provide clear documentation, reporting, and escalation procedures.
