Description: The City of Rock Hill is seeking proposals from qualified companies to provide asphalt paving services for identified areas of the Cherry Park Trail. The 2.5-mile, 10-foot-wide asphalt trail system serves about 3,000 users monthly, and much of its 1.5-mile outside loop needs renovation.
