Asbestos Abatement at Two (2) School Buildings

Topeka Public Schools solicits bids for asbestos abatement at two school buildings (Topeka West High School Building B and Highland Park Central Elementary). Work includes selective demolition and removal/disposal of asbestos-containing materials such as floor tile, adhesives, linoleum flooring adhesives, and certain exterior window panels/framing/caulking; award will be made by individual building with bidders submitting a lump-sum base bid for each building. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder; bidders must acknowledge addenda and follow the buyer’s response instructions available on the official posting.
