Alaska State Capitol Elevator Modernization (Request for Proposals)

Description: Modernize the two existing six stop Otis brand cable elevators. Consists of the modernization of both elevators that includes but is not limited to; operational safety upgrades and improvements; new machine room equipment and control systems; new door operating and safety equipment; new hoist way equipment; retrofitting existing fixtures or providing custom fit in car and hallway fixtures, lights, buttons, controls, position indicators, direction lanterns, and emergency car lighting; and all other Work and equipment needed to conform to the latest version of ASME/ANSI A17.
