ADA Self Evaluation and Transition Plan

Description: The City of Fairfax is seeking a qualified contractor to conduct a comprehensive ADA Title II self-evaluation of public-facing infrastructure, including facilities, parks, parking facilities, and public rights-of-way. The contractor will develop a prioritized ADA Transition Plan identifying corrective actions, an implementation schedule, and cost estimates for remediation. The one-year contract includes three one-year renewal options, and proposers must have at least five years of relevant public-entity experience with a CASp-certified or equivalent staff member.
