Description: The City of Ann Arbor is seeking a vendor to design, supply, install, configure, and support a turnkey access-control system for four dog parks and seven entry gates. The system must support cellular connectivity, RFID, QR, mobile-app and physical-pass credentials, integration with the Tyler EPL licensing system, real-time monitoring, remote administration, and solar or utility power options. The selected vendor must also provide weatherproof hardware, installation, training, documentation, maintenance, and ongoing support.
