The commission received an update regarding the UDC and Development Review Process RFP and reviewed public comments concerning land trust project progress. The commission approved a Special Exception Use request for a religious assembly at 525 Detroit Street. Additionally, the commission recommended the approval of the rezoning and area plan for 548 South Fifth Avenue to facilitate its inclusion in the proposed residential development known as The Dean.
