Abuse Partner Intervention Program (Request for Quotation)

Description: Quotations for a mini/abbreviated Abusive Partner Intervention Program (APIP). The program should include two separate groups, to be run in succession and for an approximate length of 16 weeks. Each group should be able to accommodate 15 offenders in each group, who are either being sentenced to a conditional discharge or who are seeking to show eligibility for a non-probation/ nonincarcerative sentence in cases involving intimate partner violence. The programs must be in-person, and quotations should include all costs associated with implementing the program including operating and delivering the program, report writing and location costs.
