6th Street Roadway Improvements ITB #21-2026

Description: The City of Live Oak, Florida (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: 6th Street Roadway Improvements ITB #21-2026 Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Live Oak City Hall located at 101 White Avenue SE, Live Oak, Florida 32064, until December 8, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: The project includes excavation, embankment, miscellaneous earthwork, construction of stabilized subgrade, construction of limerock base, and installation of asphaltic cement pavement to reconstruct approximately 3,750 linear feet of 18-feet wide roadway. The project also includes approximately 1,200 linear feet of storm drain piping and 23 storm drain structures and adjustments to and installation of potable water and sanitary sewer mains and services. The Project has an expected duration of 240 calendar days. Obtaining the Bidding Documents Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be obtained from the City of Live Oak CRA, by emailing: Rylee Shockley Project and Procurement Specialist RShockley@cityofliveoak.org Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the City as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Tuesday, November 24, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at Live Oak City Hall, 101 White Avenue SE, Live Oak, Florida 32064. Bids will not be accepted from bidders who do not attend the pre-bid conference.
