Description: Work includes fence repair, storm window, remove and replace leaking supply and drain pipes from first floor bathroom shower/tub. Replace the flexible dryer vent with a solid walled galvanized vent pipe. Install outlet, switch, and junction box cover plates at all locations where missing in basement walls and ceiling. Remove all not-in-use wiring and cables. Cap not-in-use gas line. Remove existing furnaces and install new replacement, ul listed heating systems for 1st and 2nd floor dwellings. Electric furnaces to be sized to properly heat each household unit. Units to have a 15 year manufacturer's warranty. Provide material necessary to connect heating units to existing duct system and correct any defective ductwork or install any missing ductwork. Install new thermostats if necessary.
