SOLICITATION FOR ETHERNET WIRELINE or FIXED WIRELESS SERVICES WASHINGTON TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS
PROCUREMENT NUMBER 27-RFQ-018 Released: November 3, 2026 Responses Due: December 2, 2026 This Request for Quotation (RFQ) solicits competitive responses for provision of wireline Ethernet or fixed wireless services to Washington Technology Solutions (WaTech) for State of Washington locations. Key mandatory requirements include: (1) Responding Contractors must have a signed Network Services Agreement (NSA) and the applicable Wireline Ethernet Technical Addendum and/or Fixed Wireless Technical Addendum with WaTech prior to participating or submitting a response; responses from Contractors without a signed NSA and applicable Technical Addendum will be disqualified. (2) By submitting a response, Contractor affirms it can meet the Guaranteed Install Interval (Column G of Appendix A - Cost Model) or Contractor's Proposed Shorter Install Interval and accepts potential remedies under the NSA and Addenda for failure to meet installation intervals. (3) Contractor understands, accepts, and will comply with all Special Mandatory Requirements in the RFQ (Column K of Appendix A - Cost Model). The RFQ requires completion and submission of an Appendix A Cost Model (Excel) for each site being bid and a signed Appendix B Certificate and Assurances. Responses will be evaluated on a pass/fail basis for mandatory requirements and scored using the Evaluation Model (Cost Score, Timeline Score, Local Loop Score) described in the RFQ. WaTech may award Statements of Work to one or more Contractors. The RFQ schedule includes issuance, question and amendment deadlines, a pre-proposal conference, complaint period, response due date, announcement of Apparently Successful Vendor(s), and optional debriefing dates as stated in the solicitation schedule.
