20th Street East Corridor Improvement Project SS4A Base Phase (pre-NEPA) RFP

Description: The City of Palmdale is seeking statements of qualifications from multidisciplinary consulting teams for the 20th Street East Corridor Improvement Project SS4A Base Phase (pre-NEPA). The work includes project management, community engagement, school-access and safety studies, traffic and multimodal analysis, preliminary engineering, environmental scoping, and preparation of a Project Report. This is a qualifications-based professional-services procurement funded in part by federal transportation funds, not a grant-program solicitation, and submissions are due electronically by August 25, 2026.
