208024 UW Bothell Husky Hall Replacement – RFQ Progressive Design-Build

Description: The University of Washington is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified design-build teams, including joint ventures, to design and construct the UW Bothell Husky Hall Replacement project. The project replaces the aging 30,000 GSF Husky Hall with an approximately 69,000 GSF, three- to four-story academic building featuring flexible classrooms, student engagement areas, a multipurpose hall, and faculty/staff offices.
