Description: State Center Community College District is seeking a single Progressive Design-Build Entity to provide design, preconstruction, and construction services for a new building at Fresno City College’s West Fresno Center. The RFQ covers Phase One design and preconstruction services and potential Phase Two construction services, with a later negotiated GMP or other agreed commercial terms before construction.
