2027 Paratransit Program Assessment (10% SBE Goal) (Request for Proposal)

Description: Provide paratransit program assessment for rtd, to include assessments of both areas of rtd s paratransit program: access-a-ride (aar) and access-on-demand (aod). The assessment will provide a data-driven set of recommendations for near-term changes paratransit program, as well as lay the groundwork for long-range strategies to better meet the evolving mobility needs of the region. The assessment includes the following tasks: project management and administration, stakeholder engagement, review of other transit agencies. See attached file.
