Vibe Coding for GTM: Do's and Don'ts
What does a "Claude-pilled" company actually look like?
Everyone says they're AI-native. Almost nobody can show you the receipts. Starbridge COO Jordan Kindler and CRO Matt Stinson can — and they're bringing all of them, joined by Louis von Guionneau, VP of Revenue Operations at Euna Solutions, for an outside read on what it takes to run a public-sector GTM org on AI.
Together, they'll walk through how Starbridge got a 100+ person organization to actually run on AI: the exact integrations, the real prompts, and the tools used every day across GTM, Ops, and Customer Success. No theory, no hype — just the playbook, including the messy parts of getting a whole team to change how they work.
This is the session people will be quoting in the hallway afterward. Bring questions.
Your panel:
- Jordan Kindler — Chief Operating Officer at Starbridge, an AI-powered GTM platform helping companies win more government and education contracts (and host of this conference).
- Matt Stinson — Chief Revenue Officer at Starbridge, an AI-powered GTM platform helping companies win more government and education contracts (and host of this conference). Matt brings 15+ years of SaaS sales leadership to Starbridge, most recently serving as VP of Sales at Parchment (an Instructure company), where he helped scale revenue to over $100M selling into K-12 districts, higher education institutions, and state governments. He has also held roles at Blackboard and Pavilion, and is known in the edtech and govtech communities as a hands-on revenue leader who coaches from the front. At Starbridge he oversees a growing sales team and has become a vocal advocate for how AI is reshaping go-to-market strategy in the public sector, including his own practice of building custom sales tools with no prior coding experience. He is a graduate of Wesleyan University.
- Louis von Guionneau — VP of Revenue Operations at Euna Solutions, a PE-backed GovTech SaaS company serving North American public sector organizations. His expertise lies in making systems work the way users actually want them to work, aligning analytics, tooling, and process across Sales, CS, Marketing, and Partner teams. His background spans Bain, PE investing, and startup founding.
What we'll cover:

- Reps and ops teams as builders — how far to push democratization before it becomes chaos.
- A practical on-ramp for anyone starting from zero.
- Live Q&A — bring your questions for the panel.
