The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) seeks competitive pricing for maintenance grading of approximately 13 miles of access roads and delivery/dump spreading of an estimated 1,500 tons of FDOT-certified lime rock at the Hickory Mound and Jena Units of the Big Bend Wildlife Management Area. The contract period is one year from issuance of the Purchase Order with options to renew annually for up to three additional years. The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is soliciting bids for a new utility task vehicle (UTV) to support spraying, water control, and fence manipulation at Ash Creek Wildlife Area. The solicitation requires one new UTV meeting specified minimum specifications and calls for delivery by October 5, 2026; the bid submission deadline is 2026-06-05T21:00:00Z. Bidders must possess a California seller's permit, complete required state bid forms, and may claim small business preference as outlined in the solicitation.

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) issued Solicitation 140FC126Q0016 for installation of approximately 3,540 linear feet of four-strand barbed wire fence along the eastern boundary of Warbler Vista (Tract 11) at Balcones Canyonlands National Wildlife Refuge in Marble Falls, TX. The contract is a competitive, total small business set-aside (NAICS 238990) with a period of performance beginning within 10 calendar days after award and completion required within 60 calendar days. Offers are due June 19, 2026; this is a procurement solicitation posted on SAM.gov.

Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) is pleased to announce funding opportunities under the 2026 Fisheries Restoration Grant Program (FRGP) Proposal Solicitation Notice (Solicitation) for projects that lead to process-based restoration, enhancement, or protection of anadromous salmonid habitat.

Project includes for the reconstruction and rehabilitation of approximately 20 miles of roadway. The project begins in Pahrump at the intersection of State Highway 160 and Bell Vista Avenue and provides access to Ash Meadows National Wildlife Refuge and Death Valley National Park.

Planned improvements include approx. a new riverfront restaurant and event space with an outdoor deck for daily use and special events, elevated pathways through immersive wildlife habitats, new primate, red panda, vulture, and tiger exhibits, and public gathering spaces.

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service issued a presolicitation RFQ for replacement of the existing nine-cell box bridge at Quivira National Wildlife Refuge, to be replaced with a new low-water crossing that allows safe water flow during high-water events. The procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside with an estimated project magnitude of $200,000-$300,000, a contemplated firm-fixed-price award, and a 180-day performance period to begin within 15 days of Notice to Proceed. The opportunity is currently in presolicitation (published 2026-04-09) and is scheduled to become inactive on 2026-05-31; solicitation documents will be posted to SAM.gov when issued.

The City of Oakland is soliciting bids for the pickup and disposal of deceased household pets, wildlife, and hazardous waste carcasses. The resulting contract will support Oakland Animal Services and include the collection of associated medical and biohazardous waste. The award for these services is intended for a five-year period.

Contract to provide habitat management services to multiple state wildlife agencies in collaboration with University. The objective is to create a reliable and efficient mechanism for delivering these services to the agencies, and the bid would include the cost of coordinating and reporting services, as well as the cost of labor, supplies, and equipment use.

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service issued a presolicitation for decommissioning the Delta Creek (DC) Dam at Seney National Wildlife Refuge in Seney, Michigan, seeking a firm-fixed-price contract set aside for Total Small Business concerns. The project is estimated between $500,000 and $1,000,000, will follow FAR Part 15 with best-value trade-off evaluation, and work must begin within 15 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed and be completed within 180 calendar days. The complete Solicitation was scheduled to be posted on SAM.gov on or about June 3, 2026; the presolicitation was published May 19, 2026 and is listed inactive on Jun 30, 2026 if not superseded by the formal solicitation.

The Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife seeks a contractor to conduct a porcupine population investigation in Oregon for 2025–2027, including field research, data collection, analysis, and reporting. The contractor must collaborate with ODFW staff, implement investigation protocols, and deliver findings on schedule.
