The Virginia Department of Wildlife Resources issued an RFP seeking term-contract engineering services covering civil, environmental, geotechnical, surveying, and dam safety work to support agency projects. The opportunity is a statewide term contract with an estimated value range of $500,000–$5,000,000 and solicits proposals under RFP ID A403DGIF:119200. Proposals are due June 12, 2026, and the posting was published on April 29, 2026.

The USDA APHIS National Wildlife Research Center seeks a contractor to replace approximately 70,000 square feet of aviary netting at its Mississippi Field Station. The project involves the removal and disposal of existing material and the installation of heavy-duty, UV-stable, weather-resistant netting with a 5-year warranty. Work must be completed within 30 days of the notice to proceed at the facility located in Starkville, MS.

Work includes : 168 CY earth excavation; 2,506 SY topsoil furnish and place, variable depth; 1,452 SY wildlife friendly erosion control blanket; 11,398 SF portland cement concrete sidewalk 5 inch; 108 SY driveway pavement removal; 3 EA manholes to be adjusted; 2,618 SF grooving for recessed pavement marking, letters and symbols; see attached file.

The Kansas Department of Wildlife & Parks is soliciting bids to remove and replace the outboard motor and controls on a 2005 20-foot center console patrol boat. The project involves replacing a 200-hp Mercury two-stroke with a 200-hp Mercury four-stroke V6 including stainless steel propeller and hydraulic steering. The contractor is responsible for the purchase and installation, with work required to be completed by June 30, 2026.

This project consists of conducting fuels reduction activities to include but not limited to: Cutting of sawtimber-sized trees, and the removal of material that meets the minimum tree specifications as identified in Appendix B from the treatment area and treat resulting slash. The purpose of this project is to better ensure public and firefighter safety through reduced fuel loading, to improve habitat for native wildlife species, and to aid in the return of ecological function and resilience.

The Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife is soliciting proposals for helicopter flight, capture, and monitoring services for gray wolves in eastern Oregon. The contract is expected to run from July 2026 through June 2034 and requires specialized equipment including a fuel truck and a certified capture crew. Bidders must meet specific certification requirements such as FAR Part 135 and be able to respond to La Grande, Oregon within one hour of notice.

The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources is soliciting proposals for helicopter capture services to capture white-tailed deer as part of wildlife management activities. The solicitation seeks vendors with helicopter-based capture expertise, trained crews, safety protocols, and humane animal handling methods. Proposal submission is managed through the State of Minnesota Supplier Portal and vendors must submit via the state's supplier portal per the event instructions.

This solicitation (140FC226Q0030) seeks fixed-price quotes to replace the existing fuel-oil boiler and HVAC components at the Iroquois National Wildlife Refuge quarters in Basom, NY. The project includes installing an energy-efficient propane-fired furnace, central air conditioning, and hardwired CO/smoke detectors. The contract is a Total Small Business set-aside with performance scheduled from July 6, 2026, through September 30, 2026.

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Department of the Interior) posted a sole-source justification to have Munson Boat perform outfitting work on a boat procured under contract 140F0S24F0052. The work covers full outfitting including systems, controls, navigational systems, engines, and trailer to preserve warranty and ensure correct installation by the original manufacturer. The notice was posted on February 24, 2026, and the period of performance is estimated to extend through 2027.

This presolicitation seeks replacement of six Aquatic Organism Passage (AOP) culverts at Little Pend Oreille National Wildlife Refuge in Pend Oreille County, Washington, to improve habitat connectivity. The work is estimated between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000 and will be procured as a sealed-bid, firm-fixed-price contract with multiple completion schedules. The record is an active presolicitation posted on March 25, 2026, with a tentative solicitation planned for Spring/Summer 2026.

The Kansas Department of Wildlife & Parks is seeking competitive bids for the purchase of two 2026 Kawasaki Jet Ski ST 160X personal watercraft and matching trailers. The Indiana Department of Natural Resources is soliciting a contractor for the bi-annual pumping and removal of fish cleaning house waste from a 1,100-gallon tank at the Glendale Fish and Wildlife Area.
