Pennock WHMA Fence Conversion

Description: The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, is issuing this solicitation (Bid #26-0668) on behalf of the Wyoming Game and Fish Department (WGFD) for the Pennock Wildlife Habitat Management Area (WHMA) Fence Conversion project in Saratoga, Wyoming. The work involves removing approximately 5.64 miles of 8-foot elk fence and 4.7 miles of stock fence, disposing of materials at the Saratoga Landfill, and rebuilding 10.34 miles of new fence using the No-Clipz wildlife-friendly fence system with specified post spacing and wire configuration. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on July 24, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. MT at the Pennock WHMA site, and bids must be submitted through the Public Purchase online bidding system by 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on August 14, 2026.
