Laramie River - Jelm WHMA Restoration and Boat Launch

Description: Laramie Rivers Conservation District is soliciting proposals for rehabilitation of a segment of the Laramie River at the Jelm Wildlife Habitat Management Area to improve water quality, wild brown trout habitat, and boating access. The work includes design development, 60% and final design, construction oversight, and optional services, with construction ideally occurring from July through September. The solicitation is a non-grant request for proposal, opened July 23, 2026, and closes September 25, 2026; a mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 1, 2026.
