Greater Lowell Regional Vocational Technical School District is soliciting sealed bids from qualified vendors for van transportation services covering the 2026-2029 contract period. The contract provides student transportation services to the Greater Lowell Technical High School. Sealed proposals must be submitted to the Business Office at 250 Pawtucket Boulevard, Tyngsborough, MA 01879 by the bid opening on July 29, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Provide specialized, non-medical transportation services for students with and without disabilities. Services may occur within and outside District boundaries. In limited situations, a student's parent(s) or legal guardian(s) may also require transportation with the student to and from school to the address determined by the district.

The Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration (MDOT SHA) is soliciting proposals for transportation management consulting services in support of Maryland's state highway infrastructure. The solicitation was posted on June 24, 2026 on the eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) portal with vendor responses due by July 24, 2026. This is an active procurement opportunity (Bid, not a grant) managed by MDOT SHA on Maryland's official eMMA eProcurement system.

To transport responders, personnel, cargo, equipment and vehicles to affected areas. FEMA may also need to transport Critical Transportation Need (CTN) individuals. CTNs are evacuees who don’t have a means to evacuate on their own. The current planning assumption requires evacuating up to 20,000 CTN evacuees from an area of impact to a safe harbor location either within the state of impact or another state or U.S. location. To meet this need, FEMA requires a source of air transportation services for various types of charter jet aircraft and Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS). A source of this type will enable FEMA to proactively support the emergency response needs associated with natural, technological and man-made disasters in a timely manner. See attached file.

Southwest Independent School District is soliciting proposals for transportation supplies, equipment, and services to support district transportation operations under a multi-year contract. The district requests vendors to provide automotive supplies, equipment, maintenance and repair services, and related support and will evaluate and award to the best responsive proposal per the RFP terms.

The Ministry of Transportation, with Ontario Shared Services as the procurement issuer, is seeking a vendor to design and conduct the 2026 Transportation Tomorrow Survey (TTS), a comprehensive weekday travel survey of households in the Greater Golden Horseshoe Area of Ontario. The vendor will produce a final dataset and analysis for transportation planning while maintaining consistency with prior TTS cycles (1986-2022), incorporating modernization innovations in sampling, weighting, accessibility, and data quality, and achieving representative sampling of underrepresented populations. The scope also includes a public communications and outreach campaign to support the survey effort.

The Town of Miami Lakes is soliciting proposals via a Request for Proposal (RFP) from qualified firms to provide on-demand transportation services for the Town's residents, employees, and visitors. The scope of work detailed in Section 3 of the RFP requires the awarded firm to deliver reliable on-demand transportation, develop a comprehensive operations plan covering route planning, vehicle maintenance, and customer service, and submit a detailed budget and pricing structure. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled prior to the proposal due date, after which sealed proposals must be submitted by the stated deadline.

The City of St. Petersburg issued an RFP (RFP-26-275) titled "Transportation & Yard Waste Recycling" seeking vendors to manage recycling of unprocessed yard waste from two City brush sites, including use of open-top tractor trailers for transportation and inspection of material for contaminants. The initial contract term is three years with the City reserving two additional one-year renewal options, and services are to be performed at two specified St. Petersburg brush sites. Vendors must have a minimum of five years' experience, access to state-permitted processing facilities, maintain required insurance and wage compliance, and provide backup equipment and personnel for emergencies or high-volume periods.

The City of Jackson, Tennessee is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeking qualifications and letters of interest from qualified contractors for the Highland Transportation Alternative Sidewalk project. The project falls under the city's Planning - TDOT department and involves sidewalk construction/repair and concrete contractor work. The South Brunswick Township Board of Education is seeking sealed bids for vocational student transportation services to and from school for the 2026-2027 school year. The solicitation covers transportation routes for vocational students and requires compliance with NJ affirmative action and prevailing wage requirements. SUNY College at Geneseo (State University of New York) is soliciting bids from qualified bus transportation companies to provide motor coach transportation services for its intercollegiate athletics teams, including student-athletes, coaches, and personnel traveling to away games and events. The contract is anticipated to commence on August 1, 2026 and last for five years, with services to be performed primarily at SUNY Geneseo located at 1 College Circle, Geneseo, NY 14454 in Livingston County. The Ashtabula County Job & Family Services (ACJFS), together with the Ashtabula County Board of County Commissioners, is soliciting proposals for the Senior Service Program: Transportation to serve Ashtabula County seniors aged 60 and over. The transportation program is funded through the Ashtabula County Senior Services Levy, and the awarded vendor will provide accessible transportation services for senior residents in the county. Proposals are due by 3:00 PM Eastern Time on August 5, 2026, with a pre-proposal conference scheduled for July 21, 2026.

The contract term runs from July 2026 through June 2029 with renewal options. Vendors must demonstrate capability to deliver student transportation services tailored to special education needs, including compliance with safety and specialized equipment requirements.
