Wicomico County (Recreation, Parks & Tourism) is soliciting sealed bids for the Mason Dixon Athletic Complex Renovation - Phase 2, which includes site stormwater management, a new concessions building, paved parking, and extension of dugouts. Lac La Biche County is seeking qualified Design-Build teams to submit proposals for the MacArthur Place Community Hall Expansion, Lakefront Deck Expansion, and Lakefront Commercial Market Development project in Lac La Biche, Alberta. The project is intended to preserve and enhance an important civic and historic landmark while creating a vibrant lakefront destination that supports community use, tourism, small business activity, public gathering, and economic development. Proposals were due by August 10, 2026, with the County reserving the right to proceed in phases subject to Council approval, available budget, permitting, and final contract negotiations.

The Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department (OTRD), in coordination with the Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES/Central Purchasing), issued a Request for Proposals inviting vendors to operate restaurants at five Oklahoma state parks: Beavers Bend, Lake Murray, Quartz Mountain, Robbers Cave, and Roman Nose. The solicitation allows individual park restaurants to be bid on separately, offering flexibility in operations and aiming to ensure sustainable, high-quality food service across OTRD properties following the previous Lookout Kitchen contract dispute and closure. Site visits for bidders began in mid-February 2026, and proposals were due by July 23, 2026.

The City of Moncton is soliciting proposals (RFP26-043) to establish a new exclusive beverage partnership for the supply of bottled and canned carbonated soft drinks and other non-alcoholic beverages via full-service vending machines in municipal facilities, public spaces, tourism locations, and City events. The successful proponent will obtain territory exclusivity, category exclusivity, and access to special City events and City properties in exchange for a long-term commitment. The agreement excludes hot beverages and alcoholic beverages, and the awarded vendor will become the City's official beverage distributor with extensive promotional rights throughout New Brunswick's largest city.

Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage and Tourism is soliciting proposals for concession lease opportunities to operate food & beverage, equipment rentals, retail (including consignment), guide services, and other visitor-experience amenities at Pinnacle Mountain State Park and/or Mount Nebo State Park. Proposals may be submitted for facilities at either park or for unified management of both; the state intends to award a revenue-share concession lease (percentage of gross sales) and notes planned Riverview Center improvements at Pinnacle Mountain. Submission deadline is July 24, 2026 at 4:00 PM local time; interested parties must contact Sharon Allen (Sharon.Allen@arkansas.gov) to obtain the detailed proposal package.

Fort William Historical Park (FWHP), an agency of the Ontario Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Gaming, is seeking a qualified vendor to supply, deliver, install, integrate, test, and commission a backup power generator system at its facility in Thunder Bay, Ontario in accordance with a completed engineering design prepared in 2025. The procurement covers all labour, materials, equipment, tools, and supervision needed, including connection and integration with existing electrical infrastructure, with the objective of ensuring continuity of operations and enhancing facility resilience during power outages. This is a Competitive – Open Bidding tender (Solicitation Number tender_21945) with an estimated four-month contract period, posted by Ontario Shared Services on behalf of the Ministry, and is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

Snohomish County is seeking a Transfer Agreement with a qualified proposer to relocate, preserve and reuse the Granite Falls Bridge 102, which is owned by Snohomish County. Built in 1935, Granite Falls Bridge 102 is a 340' long, 20' wide structure located 1.5 miles northeast of downtown Granite Falls. The Granite Falls Bridge is believed to be historical and unique because of the 160' long arched Pratt truss that supports the bridge deck. A Pratt truss is a type of structural system commonly used in bridge construction. It is characterized by having diagonal members that slope down towards the center. The truss has eight 20' long panels with an overall rise in the arch of 35'. The bridge provides direct access to the Mount Baker/Snoqualmie National Forest via the Mountain Loop Highway which offers recreational opportunities and tourism to people across the state of Washington. The bridge is currently slated for replacement, with construction starting in 2028 and construction duration is two years. The existing bridge will remain until the new bridge is complete. It is anticipated that the existing bridge will be removed by the contractor in 2029. The bridge is eligible for the National Register of Historic Places for its engineering significance.

The Quaker Valley Council of Governments (QVCOG) is issuing a single combined Invitation for Bids for professional consulting and/or construction services covering two Allegheny County, Pennsylvania municipal infrastructure projects: the Rhodes Avenue Landslide Rehabilitation Project Phase II (2024-GEDTF-054) in Aleppo Township and the Leet Township Public Works Garage Rehabilitation Project (2024-GEDTF-286). Bidding documents are available exclusively through the PennBid online platform at no cost beginning July 2, 2026, with electronic bids due by 10:00 A.M. on July 23, 2026 and bid opening at 10:01 A.M. the same day; both a 10% bid bond and compliance with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, Allegheny County MBE/WBE goals, and veteran-owned small business goals are required. Both projects, funded through the Allegheny County Gaming Economic Development Tourism Fund (GEDTF) grant program, were re-bid after the prior solicitation for Rhodes Avenue received no bids, and QVCOG acting jointly with Aleppo Township and Leet Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
