One (1) Backup Generator – Supply and Installation

Description: Fort William Historical Park (FWHP), an agency of the Ontario Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Gaming, is seeking a qualified vendor to supply, deliver, install, integrate, test, and commission a backup power generator system at its facility in Thunder Bay, Ontario in accordance with a completed engineering design prepared in 2025. The procurement covers all labour, materials, equipment, tools, and supervision needed, including connection and integration with existing electrical infrastructure, with the objective of ensuring continuity of operations and enhancing facility resilience during power outages. This is a Competitive – Open Bidding tender (Solicitation Number tender_21945) with an estimated four-month contract period, posted by Ontario Shared Services on behalf of the Ministry, and is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
