The West Virginia Department of Tourism issued an Agency Expression of Interest (AEOI) seeking a library data platform and survey services that are PLS-compatible. The notice estimates an experimental value range ($50,000–$2,500,000) and classifies the work under NAICS 541511 (Custom Computer Programming Services). The opportunity is an agency procurement (not a grant) with a response deadline in early June 2026 and is currently open.

The South Carolina Department of Parks, Recreation & Tourism (SCPRT) Film Commission Division issued an Invitation for Bid to establish a Qualified Provider List for film scout/location scouting across feature films, television, commercials, catalogues, and print campaigns. Selected scouts will be engaged on an as-needed basis and must provide digital photographs and/or video along with a cover letter, scouting credits, and a portfolio demonstrating relevant professional experience.

The economic development's project development team ensures properties are developed/redeveloped to the highest and best use, meet the intent of the strategic development area plans and oversees the economic and tourism development portion of the city's capital improvement program.

Horry County Government is soliciting civil engineering and design services for the Holmestown Road Shared-Use Path project, which is grant-funded through the South Carolina Department of Parks, Recreation, and Tourism. The solicitation is currently open for submissions through June 9, 2026, at 2:00 PM EDT. The South Carolina Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism is soliciting qualified contractors to perform historic stone masonry repairs on the canal walls at the Davies Mill site within Landsford Canal State Park. Scope examples include minor construction/renovations, site work, concrete/asphalt patching, utility and stormwater work, and interior/exterior repairs. The solicitation appears to seek firms able to provide labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and transportation and may result in multiple awards.

The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District is soliciting proposals for the purchase, removal, transportation, and site restoration of the Reedy Creek cogeneration (CoGen) system serving Walt Disney World. The work includes decommissioning and removal of major equipment such as the GE LM6000 gas turbine, Brush generator, and steam turbine, with completion required by June 30, 2027. Proposers must demonstrate relevant decommissioning experience and specific certifications including ASME R-stamp and DOT Part 192 operator qualifications.

The City of Foley (AL) is soliciting bids to purchase screened beach sand delivered to Foley Sports Tourism soccer fields and Park & Recreation baseball fields over a one-year period. This is an Invitation to Bid (ITB-FST-060226-0-2026/LE) requesting a supplier to provide consistent, high-quality screened beach sand and deliver it to multiple specified locations on a scheduled basis. Bidding opened 2026-05-07 and closes 2026-06-02; no pre-bid conference is listed.

The West Virginia Department of Tourism, on behalf of the West Virginia State Library, has issued an Agency Request for Quote to establish an open-ended contract for physical and licensed audio-visual library materials. The contract covers various formats including DVDs, Blu-ray discs, and audiobooks, requiring vendors to provide catalog-based discounted pricing and ordering capabilities through the wvOASIS portal. The solicitation specifies delivery requirements, warranty terms, and the submission of a complete product catalog prior to the contract award.

Seeks to contract with a full-service international representation firm to become a proactive partner with the VCB in working to increase awareness of Punta Gorda/Englewood Beach within the international travel marketplace. Sales, marketing and Public Relations (PR) efforts should target consumers as well as tour operators, travel journalists and other travel professionals and increase awareness of how to obtain information about traveling to the area. The objective should also be to target areas of opportunity which would increase leisure tourism activity during the spring, summer and fall shoulder seasons.

The City of Dodge City invites developers to submit proposals to purchase and commercially or mixed-use develop the former Birds of a Feather property at 314 West Spruce Street within an expanded Heritage Star Bond district as part of an existing Neighborhood Revitalization Program. The RFP requests proposals that may include renovation of existing facilities, new commercial construction, infrastructure and streetscape improvements, and attractions to support tourism and economic development; proposers must demonstrate relevant development experience and comply with local requirements. The solicitation was posted 2026-05-07 and responses are due 2026-06-08; solicitation documents are available from the City of Dodge City bid postings page.

Applicants should disclose how many employees will be working on this project and their titles and responsibilities.

Snohomish County is seeking a Transfer Agreement with a qualified proposer to relocate, preserve and reuse the Granite Falls Bridge 102, which is owned by Snohomish County. Built in 1935, Granite Falls Bridge 102 is a 340' long, 20' wide structure located 1.5 miles northeast of downtown Granite Falls. The Granite Falls Bridge is believed to be historical and unique because of the 160' long arched Pratt truss that supports the bridge deck. A Pratt truss is a type of structural system commonly used in bridge construction. It is characterized by having diagonal members that slope down towards the center. The truss has eight 20' long panels with an overall rise in the arch of 35'. The bridge provides direct access to the Mount Baker/Snoqualmie National Forest via the Mountain Loop Highway which offers recreational opportunities and tourism to people across the state of Washington. The bridge is currently slated for replacement, with construction starting in 2028 and construction duration is two years. The existing bridge will remain until the new bridge is complete. It is anticipated that the existing bridge will be removed by the contractor in 2029. The bridge is eligible for the National Register of Historic Places for its engineering significance.
