The State of Arkansas, through the TSS Office of State Procurement, is issuing a Request for Proposal on behalf of the Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage and Tourism to obtain proposals for public relations and related marketing/advertising/media buying services. The contract includes provisions for renewal year pricing adjustments based on the current year pricing. Vendors must be authorized to do business in the State of Arkansas and qualified to provide the requested services.

Leet Township is soliciting sealed bids for the construction of a new Public Works Garage under project reference 2024-GEDTF-286. The project is funded in part by Allegheny County's Gaming Economic Development Tourism Fund (GEDTF), which is administered by the Redevelopment Authority of Allegheny County. Okanagan College issued RFPQ-27-0042 to pre-qualify consulting firms to provide planning, design, development, and implementation of a comprehensive campus wayfinding program for its Kelowna Campus and an interior wayfinding program for the new Centre for Food, Wine and Tourism (CFWT) building. The estimated contract period is 36 months and the procurement is for professional consulting services (a Request for Pre-Qualification), not a grant. The solicitation was published on CanadaBuys and the submission deadline is 2026-07-21 at 17:00 EDT.

The City of New Haven is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for an Event Manager to administer and coordinate events at The Boathouse at Canal Dock under the direction of the Department of Arts, Culture and Tourism and the Economic Development Administration. The Event Manager will act as an independent contractor (individual or event management company) responsible for event administration, logistics coordination, and record-keeping; selection will be based on professional competence and experience and cost will not be evaluated at this stage. The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (CFTOD) is soliciting continuing structural and mechanical engineering consulting services to support utilities (wastewater, chilled water, hot water, solid waste) and related facility planning, design, analysis, construction support, and on-call services under task orders.
