The Metropolitan Council is soliciting proposals to supply, install, and support a Light Rail Train (LRT) Operator Training Simulator that replicates Metro Transit’s mainline alignment, yards, facilities, and operational features. The contract aims to enhance operator training capabilities by providing realistic simulation of daily operating conditions and scenarios. Texas A&M University has issued an Invitation to Bid (TAMU-ITB-26-5016) to procure a canine simulator and related kits for training on its College Station campus. The procurement requests delivery and performance during regular business hours and requires compliance with Texas procurement and HUB policies. Borough of Manhattan Community College (BMCC), a constituent of CUNY, issued an Invitation for Bid to procure, deliver, and install CDL Simulator Equipment for the MEOC facility to support CDL training programs. The solicitation is a MWBE/SDVOB-targeted procurement restricted to NYS-certified MWBE and/or SDVOB vendors and requires submission of questions by May 22, 2026, and final bids by June 4, 2026. All resulting purchases will be governed by CUNY/NY State standard terms and vendors must comply with Procurement Lobbying Law and submit required state forms.

To to acquire four manikins to be used in training of Paramedic students. This is to include an adult mid to high fidelity manikin that incorporates all paramedic level skills, a trauma specific adult manikin, a pediatric manikin that fits the size range of a typical toddler, and a newborn/neonatal manikin.

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Bliss has issued a Sources Sought notice to identify parties capable of providing a Small Arms Weapons Simulation Training System (SAWSTS). The system will support the 5th Armored Brigade by providing grid pattern sports vision, cognitive drills, and real-time branching video drill creation to enhance small arms combat skills. Training services and equipment will be delivered at McGregor Base Camp in Chaparral, New Mexico, to ensure soldier proficiency in multinational environments.

Purchase and delivery of CDL simulator equipment.

The Department of the Air Force, via the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, is soliciting quotes for Satellite Simulators for the C3NE TDN Lab at Hanscom AFB. This procurement is a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 334220, with evaluation based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. Interested vendors must submit their offers by May 29, 2026, following the specific instructions provided in the RFQ letter and technical attachments.

The purpose of this effort is to procure specialized tools and support equipment replacing aging support assets within the TDN Lab. MUOS Satellite Simulator: The MUOS satellite emulator must be capable of the following functions: Portable and durable design; Emulates MUOS system operation without using the live satellite; Supports up to 4 simultaneous call service legs and up to 30 concurrent netted users; Support user created custom scenarios; Default scenarios included; Simulate hard limited channels. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has issued a construction R3-RFQ to build a two-story, 17,000 square foot administration and simulator building and associated site development at the Pa Air National Guard Base in Middletown, PA. The work includes general construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and extensive utility extensions with estimated component cost ranges and liquidated damages specified. The system must generate tailorable thermobaric waveforms across specified pressure ranges and durations for medical research and testing purposes. Interested vendors must submit a five-page capability statement by June 5, 2026, demonstrating design validation and testing experience for a delivery target of September 2028.
