The Capabilities Program Executive for Simulations, Training, Test, and Treat (CPE-ST3) seeks commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) virtual training systems to fulfill interim Weapons Skills Development (WSD) and Joint Fires Trainer (JFT) needs while enabling evaluation of prototype solutions for potential Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) awards. The solicitation combines four response paths: marketplaces for COTS WSD and COTS JFT items, and proposals for entry into WSD and JFT OTAs for developmental/prototype solutions. Solicitation W50S8N26QA017 requests the repair of a small arms range bullet trap at Hancock Field ANG Base in Syracuse, NY, requiring the contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment. This project is a Total Small Business set-aside with an estimated magnitude between $250,000 and $500,000, awarded on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis. A site visit is scheduled for June 2, 2026, and final bids are due by June 16, 2026, although the award is contingent upon the future availability of appropriated funds.

The State Fiscal Accountability Authority, Office of State Procurement is soliciting proposals for virtual software training (JAWS, ZoomText, and VoiceOver for iPhone and Mac) for the South Carolina Commission for the Blind. The contract has a maximum five-year term (initial 1 year plus four 1-year renewals) and requires submission of proposals including pricing, qualifications, and experience.

The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is soliciting annual lead dust removal and cleaning services for its Small Arms Firing Range (SAFR) at Building N63, Anton Larson Road, Kodiak, Alaska. The work includes HEPA vacuuming, air and dust sampling, hazardous waste handling and disposal, and project management in compliance with OSHA and USCG standards; the contract has a one-year base period with two one-year option periods. This is a firm-fixed-price, small-business set-aside solicitation (NAICS 562910) with proposals due June 12, 2026.

A Request for Solutions (RFS) was issued by Advanced Technology International (ATI) under the Training and Readiness Accelerator II (TReX II) to develop prototypes for a small arms orientation device and an indirect fire instrumentation/training system. The effort seeks prototypes that meet stated objectives for accuracy, size/weight, battery life, and ability to operate through obscurants, with prototyping in 12‑month performance periods. The notice is a Special Notice/Solicitation-type posting by the Army (ACC Orlando) with estimated experimental value and multiple pricing types.

The weapon orientation device critical objectives include: accuracy to engage a human target at 1000 meters out to engaging a vehicle at 5000 meters; accuracy is not affected by training conditions such as metal or electromagnetic interference; easy to calibrate the system and infrequent re-calibrations required; ability to lead and elevate over a target; and ability to engage in low light or no-light conditions. In addition, the following are objectives providing trade space in the prototyping efforts: size and weight less than the current laser small arms transmitter, a 72-hour battery life, ability to engage through concealment and obscurants, and the ability to fire multiple round bursts.

Provide sub-grantee/sub-award virtual training. The training program and specific content will be developed in coordination with CTCLUSI and informed by feedback received during a planning and development phase. This approach is intended to ensure the trainings are grounded in the Tribe’s current business processes, roles and responsibilities, and operating environment.

The U.S. Navy (NAVFAC Far East) solicits contractors to perform demolition, removal, and disposal of Building 90 at the Combined Arms Training Center, Camp Fuji, Japan, including interior/exterior finishes, structural components, utilities, and paved surfaces.
