Online Proctoring Solutions and Related Services

The Foothill/Eastern Transportation Corridor Agency and the San Joaquin Hills Transportation Corridor Agency (collectively “TCA”) issued an RFP to procure Credit Card and ACH processing services as specified in Exhibit A to the Form of Contract. The solicitation is an open RFP with electronic submission required and includes an online Q&A period; the buyer’s contact is Patty Tam. The posting date is April 30, 2026, and the submission deadline is June 12, 2026, making the solicitation currently active.

Milwaukee County Transit System (MCTS) is soliciting bids for armored car and cash processing services to collect, transport, count, deposit, and report fare revenues from the MCTS Administration Building and ticket vending machines along the East‑West Bus Rapid Transit line. The procurement is an RFB (Ref. BID-26-005-KT-C) that is currently open, with questions due May 29, 2026, and final bids due June 12, 2026. The contract is planned to begin September 1, 2026, for a three‑year base period with two one‑year extension options.

The Phoenix Municipal Court, on behalf of the City of Phoenix, seeks statements of qualifications for foreign language interpretation and translation services to support court proceedings and related activities. Interpreters must meet required proficiency and ethical standards to serve as impartial officers of the court in civil and criminal matters.

Provide legal counsel at a greatly reduced rate for defendants who meet specific criteria, such as being accused of a crime in which a jail sentence is likely, under a financial hardship, or in the interest of justice.

The County of San Diego is soliciting quotes for Juvenile Behavioral Health Court (JBHC) services to provide a continuum of community-based behavioral health care for justice-involved youth, aiming to divert youth toward treatment and reduce recidivism. The contractor will perform eligibility evaluations and intake assessments, provide intensive therapeutic services, coordinate with courts and other stakeholders, and use flexible funds for client needs. The anticipated initial contract term begins upon award through June 30, 2027, with four one-year option periods.

Provide administrative and direct program services to County’s Medi-Cal clients. For clients under the age of 21, the Contractor shall provide all medically necessary substance use disorder (SUD) services required. Provide care coordination and non-residential Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment, mental health treatment and drug testing services as an alternative to custody for adult offenders, who are referred to the Collaborative Adult Reentry Court Program.

The Alabama Medicaid Agency is seeking a contractor to takeover, modernize, and operate its Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) and deliver Claims Processing and Management Services (CPMS), including cloud migration to a Microsoft Azure Government tenant. The work is organized into a Takeover Phase, a Maintenance and Operations Phase, and an Enhancement Phase, with performance based in Montgomery, Alabama. The procurement estimates an overall value in the range of $50,000,000 - $150,000,000 with a projected contract execution start date of July 1, 2027.

Provide comprehensive utility billing services, including data processing, print and mail services, and digital presentment solutions, in support of approximately 10,600 utility accounts.

Provide Credit Card and ACH Processing Services

Seeking proposals from qualified firms for a solid waste and recyclables collection system. Proposers should be aware that, through this proposal process, the City is requesting pricing for a five (5)-day-per-week collection schedule, processing and marketing of the City’s recyclables, and on-call hauling services. The City’s Solid Waste Division collects solid waste from approximately 11,800 residential accounts. The City provides service to residents within the City’s incorporated limits. Currently, the City collects residential waste once per week using 90-gallon Roll Carts serviced by automated side-loader trucks. The City also provides bulk material and yard waste collection on the same day as garbage using rear-loader trucks. The City has 41 households receiving backdoor service for medical or hardship reasons. In addition, approximately 80 residents are serviced on historic roads and in hard-to-service areas due to limited vehicle access.

The City of Wichita is seeking proposals for Translation & Interpreter Services for its Municipal Court to provide qualified on-site interpreters for court proceedings.

Provide a court transcription solution capable of producing accurate, secure, and timely transcripts of For the Record (FTR) recorded court proceedings. The solution must support judicial operations by improving efficiency, reducing transcription delivery times, and ensuring compliance with applicable court rules, confidentiality requirements, and data security standards. The contract will begin August 1, 2026, or as mutually agreed upon by the two parties.

The Maryland Department of General Services, Office of State Procurement issued an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for janitorial services at the Mabel Houze Hubbard District Court covering approximately 88,941 square feet of cleanable space. The one-year base contract includes two optional one-year renewal periods and requires daily, weekly, biweekly, semi-annual, and annual cleaning tasks. This procurement is a Small Business Reserve (SBR) set-aside requiring certified small business vendors with at least three consecutive years in business.

The Maryland Office of the Attorney General (OAG) is soliciting daily courier services to transport court filings and related legal documents between OAG/OPD offices in Baltimore and the Supreme Court/Appellate Court in Annapolis, with specified pickup and delivery times and on-demand runs as needed. The contract is expected to begin on or about July 1, 2026, with a preferred three-year term and includes routine daily runs (OAG five days/week; OPD two days/week), secondary Baltimore runs, and twice-weekly Federal Court deliveries. Proposals are due June 5, 2026 and the procurement is an IFB (Invitation for Bid) open to registered Maryland vendors; this is a procurement, not a grant.
