Network Infrastructure RFPs

Consists of complete demolition and replacement of all interior finishes, mechanical systems, plumbing systems, electrical systems, along with all new IT infrastructure, and ADA code elements. Providing all technology, network cabling, equipment and installation, furniture, and fire suppression systems.

Work consists of repair damage to existing building infrastructure including the repair of electrical infrastructure and replacement of equipment, wiring and cabling; replacement of the fire alarm control unit, SLC, remote power supplies, and all necessary wiring and connections for repair of the fire alarm system; and interior and exterior lighting control systems, panel boards cabinet, enclosures, switches and circuit breakers and all incidental work associated with the preceding items.

The Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit District (SMART) issued a Notice of Intent to award a non-competitive, negotiated purchase order to Knorr Brake Company LLC for specific OEM solenoid valves and pressure switches needed for rail operations. The notice lists quantities and manufacturer part numbers with an estimated total value of $50,401.73. SMART invites vendors who believe they can legally supply the parts to submit a response so the district can determine whether a competitive procurement is warranted.

Sewer lateral line replacement.

DBEH033000 Consolidated Launch Support Facility Phase 1. Construct a 3-story, 7,054 SM building with administration and support space for roughly 330 Space Launch Delta 45 staff and contractor partners on Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. The building structure and exterior components will be designed for Hurricane Risk Category III. Provide lightning and fire protection systems. Potable water, sewer, and power will be provided within the facility. The building will be comprised of individual offices, open offices, conference spaces and support spaces. See attached file.

Project generally includes removal and replacement of existing water meters of various sizes, installation of advanced metering infrastructure (ami) communication components, replacement of meter box lids and related appurtenances, integration with the city's meter data management systems, testing and commissioning of ami equipment, customer service coordination, restoration of disturbed surfaces, and all associated work necessary to provide a complete and operational ami-enabled water metering system.

James Madison University has issued a Request for Proposals for a Telecommunications Infrastructure Management System. The solicitation seeks a solution to manage the university's telecommunications assets and infrastructure. Proposals are being accepted through the Virginia eVA portal until the deadline in June 2026.

New Braunfels Utilities is soliciting bids for construction to replace and install approximately 2,600 linear feet of water main and 2,900 linear feet of sewer main along Bridge Street, Butcher Street, Sunset Drive, and Hampshire Street. The project includes the removal or abandonment of existing mains, traffic control, stormwater pollution prevention, and site restoration. Bids are due by June 3, 2026, at 2:00 PM Central Time, with a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for May 15, 2026.

Bids are due May 29, 2026, and the solicitation was posted May 7, 2026; the estimated value range is approximately $250,000 to $2,500,000. Prince William County is seeking on-call incidental concrete repair services for infrastructure including sidewalks, driveways, curbs, and gutters. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, traffic control, equipment, and materials necessary to complete repairs on an as-needed basis. Services are intended for both Prince William County and Loudoun County within the Northern Virginia District.

Provide engineering services during construction to ensure completion in accordance with contract documents, applicable codes and standards, and all federal, state, and local requirements.

The project partners are soliciting civil engineering services to design, permit, and provide construction administration for infrastructure including water, wastewater, roads, and electrical systems to support a new 20-unit residential neighborhood. This procurement is part of the East Village Expansion/New Neighborhood project in Plainfield and is funded through federal recovery and housing grant programs.
