Va. Code R. §179-10-5.8 and W. Va. Code R. §179-9-7.1, Approval of the transfer of shares in Voyager Topco, L.P. from DeAgostini, S.p.A.'s to its subsidiary, DeA Communications, S.A., Approval of requests for removal from the statewide exclusion list, Approval of hardware and software of licensed or permitted video lottery terminal manufacturers, Approval of the Racetrack Table Games Lottery Re-licensing, Review of the re-licensing applications for limited video lottery operators, manufacturers, retailers and service technicians, Approval of 1 X 2 Network America, Inc., Gamecode Americas LLC, SEON Technologies US Inc. and SUZOHAPP Gaming Solutions, LLC as iGaming and Sports Wagering Suppliers.
The meeting addressed several key action items, including the approval of civil penalties against Bugsy's Enterprises, LLC dba Blue Steel Grill and Bugsy's Enterprises, LLC dba Steel Valley Bowling Center for non-sufficient funds violations, as well as the revocation of the retailer's Limited Video Lottery license and ten-year permits for the Steel Valley Bowling Center location. Also discussed was the approval of Evolution Malta Holding Limited's acquisition of Galaxy Gaming, Inc., requests for removal from the statewide exclusion list, Wazdan WV LLC's request to utilize a Content Delivery Network, and hardware and software of licensed or permitted video lottery terminal manufacturers. New business included a review of the Operator Interactive Wagering re-licensing of Mountaineer Park, Inc., dba Mountaineer Casino Resort, and the approval of C\&N Sporting Risk Limited as a Sports Wagering Supplier.
